Feeding Robots

Here is an overview of our feeding robots. Every feeding robot can be combined with various feed storage systems or feed kitchens. You can choose from suspended or wheel-driven feeding robots. Both are equipped with a 3 m3 mixing tub with two vertical mixing augers and a capacity of 700 livestock units. The hanging robot is is mainly used when the farmer wants to feed in several barns located at different levels or wants the robot to discharge feed overhead (above the cattle) into a trough. The wheeled robot is used when the farmer does not want to have any heavy steel structures in the barn. There are also four types of feed kitchen, each with various types of feed storage (loose, in blocks or in (round) bales). Some feed kitchens have a storage capacity of up to five days. That means they only need to be refilled once per week to provide the livestock with a balanced ration. The system is operated via a touchscreen on the feeding robot. It can also be controlled with a smartphone or PC (desktop, laptop or tablet).
